Full Journal pdf2017-04-10 House Journal Page 1028 HB 165 The following, which was moved to the bottom of the calendar (page 1012), was read the third time: HOUSE BILL NO. 165 "An Act relating to hiring for positions in state service based on substitution of military work experience or training for civilian work experience or training requirements." Representative Wilson moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and she was required to vote. 2017-04-10 House Journal Page 1029 The question being: "Shall HB 165 pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: HB 165 Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 39 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 1 Yeas: Birch, Chenault, Claman, Drummond, Eastman, Edgmon, Fansler, Foster, Gara, Grenn, Guttenberg, Johnson, Johnston, Josephson, Kawasaki, Kito, Knopp, Kopp, Kreiss-Tomkins, LeDoux, Millett, Neuman, Ortiz, Parish, Rauscher, Reinbold, Saddler, Seaton, Spohnholz, Stutes, Sullivan-Leonard, Talerico, Tarr, Thompson, Tilton, Tuck, Westlake, Wilson, Wool Absent: Pruitt And so, HB 165 passed the House. Representative Chenault later gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on HB 165, and reconsideration was taken up then.
